1Acceptance of Megalogin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and megalogin ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the megalogin platform — whether via the website or a mobile device — you automatically accept and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a restricted person: You are not on any list of individuals barred from using megalogin's services for any reason.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) megalogin account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — using the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3Account Management & Security

As a megalogin member, you are fully responsible for:

• Keep your megalogin username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no third party accesses your megalogin account without authorisation.
• Notifying the megalogin support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keeping your account information up to date, including an active email address and phone number.
• Not transferring, selling, or granting access to your megalogin account to any other individual.

Megalogin will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their megalogin account login credentials. All activity conducted within your megalogin account is your sole responsibility.

4Deposit & Payment Policy

5Withdrawal of Winnings

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Every megalogin bonus carries a minimum wagering requirement before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. • Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their megalogin account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

11megalogin Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, megalogin shall not be liable for:
